B-Torso Length: Measure from your sternal notch at the base of your neck to the floor.
C-Leg Length: Firmly hold a broom handle or bike pump in your crotch. Measure from the top of the broom handle to the floor.
D-Thigh Length: While kneeling. Hold a broom handle against your crotch and measure from the top of the handle to the floor.
E-Arm Length: Hold a pencil in a fist. Measure from the pencil to the acromion bone at the top of your shoulder.
F-Shoulder Width: Measure the distance between the 2 acromion bones on top of the shoulders.
